Rebecca Blöcher, born in 1980, studied illustration in Hamburg. When she finished her studies she worked as a free illustrator and built puppets for theatres.In 2009 she lived in Frankfurt for two months and worked for the animation film studio „clayart“ where she built figures and properties. 2010 she made her first experiments with the puppet-animationfilm and musicvideo „Rosalee“ which was finished in 2013. 2012 she began her first drawn animationfilm „torturing“, that she finished in 2013 and which was shown at different international filmfestivals.She lives and works in Berlin. http://zeichenundflunder.de/
Etta Streicher is a graduate of the School for Clowns in Mainz. Subsequently, she worked in various ensembles, from 2001 to 2005 Teatro d 'Arte Scarello in Mainz, from 2003 and 2005 theater the box (touring theater for children) in Austria, between 2005 and 2009 antagon theater action (street theater) and from 2010 to 2012 theater PasParTout (street theater, animation of Great figures). Since 1999 she is active in the poetry slam scene as a slammer and presenter. In addition, she has been developing her own productions since 2004, in which she stages her own poetry and linguistic texts for the stage. Since 2010 she works intensively with the draftsman and animator Rebecca Blöcher, in the artist group "sign & flunder" they combine word art and visual art. The joint animated film "torturing", based on a poem by Etta Streicher, was awarded the title of "Particularly Valuable" by the German Film and Media Review and has already performed at over 70 festivals in more than 30 countries.
